Service

ShortlistTrace provides AI recommendation measurement, competitive evidence analysis and related reporting tools. Outputs are analytical observations and recommendations, not guarantees of placement, ranking, revenue or future AI behavior.

Accounts and authorized use

You are responsible for your account and for ensuring you have authority to submit a company domain for analysis. You may not use the service to disrupt systems, bypass access controls, overload third-party services or conduct unlawful activity.

Free and paid access

Free audits provide a limited report. Paid offers unlock additional report data, implementation services or recurring monitoring as described at purchase. Prices and included features are shown before checkout.

Subscriptions

Recurring Monitoring plans renew monthly until cancelled. Access may be limited or suspended if a subscription becomes past due, unpaid or cancelled. Stripe processes payments and may provide payment-management functionality.

Fix Sprint services

Fix Sprint and Fix Sprint Pro are implementation services scoped from the audit findings. Exact work depends on the selected Fix Briefs, technical access and factual evidence available from the customer. We do not fabricate testimonials, certifications, customer results or other proof.

Measurement limitations

Generative AI answers vary. A measured result can change because of provider updates, retrieval changes, timing, geography or other factors outside ShortlistTrace's control. Measurement Confidence describes repeat stability and coverage, not factual correctness or statistical certainty.

Customer content and third-party sites

You retain rights to content you provide. Third-party websites, AI providers and cited sources remain subject to their own terms and policies.

Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue features as the product evolves. We aim to preserve historical audit integrity when methodology changes materially.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ShortlistTrace is provided without guarantees about business outcomes, AI recommendations or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
